Recover worn fluid-control parts, reduce replacement delays and build a repeatable spare-parts supply route.

Five operating problems and recovery routes
ChallengeSituation in the proposalSolution route
Cavitation damageOriginal service life 1–6 monthsSLM conformal channels for non-pressure-retaining trim; application reference ≥12 months
Long spare-part lead timesOriginal procurement 16–20 weeksReverse scanning and on-demand manufacturing; qualifying urgent replacement target 15 working days
Production downtimeExample daily loss CNY 350,000–500,000Digital spare-parts library for repeat production when needed
Frequent maintenanceExample frequency 2–3 shutdowns per yearDED repair of sealing faces and internals; proposal cost-reduction reference >50%
Inventory tied up in sparesProposal inventory carrying-cost reference above CNY 70,000 per yearApproved digital models, agreed safety stock and batch delivery

Reference values from the technical proposal. Results depend on the material, component, processing condition and operating duty; the drawing and agreed acceptance plan govern each order.

Two service routes, one delivery system

DED repair and SLM complex-channel manufacturing are supported by reverse engineering, urgent replacement, inspection and assembly. The route starts with the actual part and operating conditions.

For non-pressure-retaining wear parts: valve trim, seats and sealing surfaces. Pressure-retaining components require project-specific qualification before acceptance.

UNMANNED

Start with the part. We will review the route.

Send the part type, material, damage and operating conditions. Our team will confirm suitability, the inspection plan and the delivery schedule.
