Recover worn fluid-control parts, reduce replacement delays and build a repeatable spare-parts supply route.
| Challenge | Situation in the proposal | Solution route |
|---|---|---|
| Cavitation damage | Original service life 1–6 months | SLM conformal channels for non-pressure-retaining trim; application reference ≥12 months |
| Long spare-part lead times | Original procurement 16–20 weeks | Reverse scanning and on-demand manufacturing; qualifying urgent replacement target 15 working days |
| Production downtime | Example daily loss CNY 350,000–500,000 | Digital spare-parts library for repeat production when needed |
| Frequent maintenance | Example frequency 2–3 shutdowns per year | DED repair of sealing faces and internals; proposal cost-reduction reference >50% |
| Inventory tied up in spares | Proposal inventory carrying-cost reference above CNY 70,000 per year | Approved digital models, agreed safety stock and batch delivery |
Reference values from the technical proposal. Results depend on the material, component, processing condition and operating duty; the drawing and agreed acceptance plan govern each order.
Two service routes, one delivery system
DED repair and SLM complex-channel manufacturing are supported by reverse engineering, urgent replacement, inspection and assembly. The route starts with the actual part and operating conditions.
For non-pressure-retaining wear parts: valve trim, seats and sealing surfaces. Pressure-retaining components require project-specific qualification before acceptance.
Reverse Engineering
Scan the existing part, reconstruct the model and choose a practical recovery route.
Emergency Replacement
A replacement plan begins with the actual part, interfaces and operating conditions. We review the manufacturing and inspection route before agreeing a delivery date.
Repair & Remanufacturing (DED)
Laser cladding rebuilds locally damaged valve seats, sealing surfaces, shafts and stems while retaining a serviceable base.
Complex Trim (SLM)
Selective Laser Melting (SLM / LPBF) creates complex internal channels for non-pressure-retaining fluid-control parts.
Offshore & Sour Service
Materials and repair routes for offshore and corrosive duties are reviewed against the actual medium, temperature, pressure differential and damage mechanism.
Cooperation Models
Start with a trial, establish a repeat supply programme or develop a new part together.
