Trial evaluation

- The proposed trial includes free reverse scanning and an optimisation plan.
- SLM trial parts target delivery in 15 working days.
- Run an on-site installation trial for at least three months.
- Successful trials can lead to a framework agreement. The proposed model charges cost only if the agreed result is not achieved; define the acceptance criteria and costs before the trial.
Framework supply
- An annual agreement defines pricing and delivery.
- Scan and register parts in a dedicated digital spare-parts library.
- Deliver in batches on demand; qualifying urgent framework parts target 10 working days.
- Agree safety stock, for example at least two pieces, to reduce waiting for spares.
- The proposed model includes quarterly reconciliation and 30–60-day monthly settlement terms, subject to the signed agreement.
Joint development
- Sign a mutual NDA before exchanging confidential project information.
- Review CFD channel design and structural optimisation together.
- Unmanned develops the additive process and manufactures with traceable records.
- The customer confirms the operating conditions and performs system-level validation.
- Agree ownership in advance: shared results or customer-exclusive rights.
Trial scope, free services, acceptance, prices, lead-time start, safety stock, payment and ownership are confirmed in the project agreement.
For non-pressure-retaining wear parts: valve trim, seats and sealing surfaces. Pressure-retaining components require project-specific qualification before acceptance.
