Additional capabilities in the company profile include industrial CT scanning and 3D scanning for dimensional reconstruction. Test selection and acceptance limits follow the material, heat treatment, geometry and customer specification. The example strength and hardness values do not apply to every alloy.

General additive manufacturing framework

Non-pressure-retaining repair qualification

The proposal describes archived WPS / PQR for non-pressure-retaining sealing surfaces, with T/LASERJS 001-2024 and GB/T 19866 among the referenced documents. The material pair and repair scope are checked for each order.

Pressure-part qualification by project

NB/T 47014 and ASME BPVC Section IX support project-specific procedure qualification. API 20S AMSL 2 / 3 is described as a customer-driven qualification route. ASME PTB-13 addresses additive-manufactured pressure-retaining components. These are project routes, not blanket acceptance of pressure parts.

Laboratory records and traceability

CNAS / ISO 17025 laboratory scope, material batches, process records, inspection results and assembly records are linked to the delivered part. Request the relevant scope and report for the order.

For non-pressure-retaining wear parts: valve trim, seats and sealing surfaces. Pressure-retaining components require project-specific qualification before acceptance.
