Reverse Engineering

Scan the existing part, reconstruct the model and choose a practical recovery route.

Scan the existing part, reconstruct the model and choose a practical recovery route.

From physical part to digital inventory

  1. Capture the worn or obsolete part using 3D scanning and dimensional measurement.
  2. Reconstruct CAD geometry and identify functional interfaces, base material and damage.
  3. Review repair, reproduction or redesign against the actual operating conditions.
  4. Store the approved model and records in a digital spare-parts library for repeat manufacturing.
  5. Manufacture by the agreed SLM / DED route, inspect, assemble and deliver.

What to provide

  • The part, sample or existing drawing
  • Material, dimensions and fit interfaces
  • Medium, temperature, pressure differential, damage history and required delivery date

For non-pressure-retaining wear parts: valve trim, seats and sealing surfaces. Pressure-retaining components require project-specific qualification before acceptance.

UNMANNED

Start with the part. We will review the route.

Send the part type, material, damage and operating conditions. Our team will confirm suitability, the inspection plan and the delivery schedule.
